IMPORTANT

  • For the weeks of August, Natale, New Year's Eve and Easter the minimum stay is one week
  • Towel kit for couple and sheets + soap/shampoo bottles: €. 5,00.
  • Aesthetic cabin kit: disposable slippers, winter, paper roll, disposable underpants €. 10,00.
  • Compulsory final cleaning (excluding only day use or daily rentals): €. 30,00 for studio flats without kitchenette – €. 35,00 for studio apartments with kitchenette – € 40,00 for two-room apartments – €. 5,00 for the beauty booth.
  • Utility costs: for day use rentals – daily – weekly, consumption is included in the prices indicated above. For rentals longer than a week the costs are €. 10,00 per day for water and light.
  • Bail: € 200,00 (only for new customers) – Zero (for customers already’ known)
  • Advance: 50% upon booking by bank transfer or top-up – balance on site in cash.
  • The rental of the two hours is foreseen only in daytime hours from 08.00 at 20.00
  • The prices indicated refer to the entire apartment (however, it should be noted that the maximum number of people allowed is two)
  • Early check-in at hours 10.00: € 20,00
