Prices and stays:
The rental rates refer to the entire property. It is not possible to have people other than those mentioned at the time of booking and included in the rental contract stay inside the property.
The rates for renting for a few hours or a day or a week are inclusive of the costs for domestic utilities (luce, water, gas, air conditioning), while for locations higher than 7 days the consumption of domestic utilities will be counted on the basis of the current tariff with the supplying bodies.

specifying the exact rate of the stay.
In case of acceptance, it is necessary to confirm the booking to pay the full amount, or by bank transfer also by remote payment by credit card.
It is necessary to send a copy of your identity document and tax code when confirming the booking; it is not necessary to send the identity document of the partner or of the other subjects who will be staying in the property.

Cancellation penalties:
In case of cancellation of the stay by 90 days prior to arrival, the entire amount paid will be refunded. In case of cancellation of the stay between the 89th day and the 60th day prior to arrival, will be refunded 50% of the amount paid. In case of cancellation of the stay between the 59th and 30th day prior to arrival, will be refunded 25% of the amount paid. In case of cancellation of the stay between the 29th day and the day before arrival, will be held at as a penalty the entire amount paid.

Check-in e check-out
Check-in is automated therefore it is possible to do it at any time of the day from 9.00 at 19.30. Check-in time is at 14.00 and check-out is by 10.30 – in case of delay beyond 30 minutes another day of stay will be charged. E’ possible, if the apartment is available, take advantage of an early check-in at 10.00 with an additional cost of € 20.00.
The client may be refused entry in the following cases:
– discrepancy in the data provided at the time of booking;
– failure to pay the full amount;
– lack of documents;
– ppresence of subjects other than those indicated in the booking phase;
– presence of animals.
You can check out at any time of day between hours 9.00 and the hours 19.00. However, it is possible to store luggage in a warehouse inside the villa throughout the day (but without any responsibility). In case of delay in the delivery of the apartment beyond the hours 10.00 – even for just half an hour – another day of rental will be charged. For departures outside the times indicated above, you can close the door and leave, in this case not being able to immediately verify the good condition of the apartment, we reserve its control and any subsequent charges
